Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Client," "Member," or "you") and Reine Partners ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our podcast production studio facilities and related services.

By booking a session, making a payment, or signing a membership agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Reine Partners offers monthly membership plans that grant access to our professional podcast recording facilities. Each membership includes a fixed number of studio sessions per month as specified in your selected package.

Services included with all memberships:

• Studio access — exclusive use of your booked space for the duration of your session
• Professional equipment — microphones, stands, lighting, and recording hardware
• Multiple set options — Interview Suite, Lounge Sofa Session, Table Talk Dining Nook, and additional layouts
• Audio & video recording — both tracks captured and stored for delivery
• File delivery — raw files delivered within 24 hours of session completion

Sessions do not roll over to the following month. Unused sessions expire at the end of the calendar month and have no cash value.

Reine Partners currently offers two membership tiers. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are billed monthly.

Additional hours may be purchased at the following rates, subject to studio availability:

• Essential members — $175 per additional hour (raw footage only)
• Premium members — $225 per additional hour (includes editing)

Additional hours must be booked and paid in advance. Same-day hour extensions are not guaranteed and subject to availability. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active members.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Reine Partners to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due under your membership plan.

Payment options available at enrollment:

• Pay in full — full monthly amount charged at time of booking; sessions confirmed immediately upon payment clearance
• 50% deposit — half the monthly amount due at booking to reserve your sessions; remaining 50% balance due no later than 48 hours before your first session of the month

Monthly recurring charges will be automatically billed on the same date each month for the duration of your 3-month agreement. Failed payments will be retried once within 48 hours. If payment fails a second time, your upcoming sessions may be placed on hold until payment is resolved.

All sales are in U.S. dollars. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, or currency conversion charges.

Sessions are booked exclusively through our Calendly booking system. Availability is shown in real time and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these terms.

• Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
• Each session is 1 hour in duration unless an additional hour is pre-purchased
• Clients should arrive no more than 10 minutes before their scheduled start time
• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge (once per month per session)
• Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the session will be treated as a late cancellation (see Section 6)

Reine Partners reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to equipment failure, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative time at no additional charge.

We understand that schedules change. The following cancellation terms apply to individual session bookings within an active membership:

• 72+ hours notice — session may be rescheduled at no charge within the same billing month
• 48–72 hours notice — session may be rescheduled once; no cash refund issued
• Less than 48 hours notice — session is forfeited with no rescheduling or refund
• Same-day cancellation — session is forfeited; no credit or reschedule available

To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly at the email listed in Section 14 or through the Calendly system.

A "no-show" is defined as failing to arrive within 15 minutes of a scheduled session start time without prior notice.

• No-show sessions are forfeited in full — no credit, reschedule, or refund will be provided
• Two no-shows within a single membership term may result in suspension of booking privileges
• Three or more no-shows may result in immediate termination of the membership without refund of remaining months

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate brief delays when notified in advance, but cannot guarantee extended session time.

To ensure a professional environment for all clients, the following rules apply during all studio sessions:

• No food or drinks near recording equipment; sealed beverages permitted in lounge areas only
• No smoking, vaping, or cannabis anywhere on the premises
• No alterations to lighting rigs, microphone placements, or equipment settings without staff approval
• Guests and co-hosts are welcome but must be listed at the time of booking; maximum capacity per setup applies
• Professional conduct is required at all times; abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal and membership termination without refund
• Clean up your space before leaving; clients may be charged for excessive cleaning required after their session
• Equipment damage — clients are financially responsible for any damage to studio equipment or furnishings caused during their session (see Section 10)

Reine Partners reserves the right to end any session early in cases of rule violations, with no refund or credit issued.

Your content belongs to you. All recordings produced during your sessions — audio, video, and edited files — are the sole intellectual property of the Client. Reine Partners makes no claim of ownership over any content created on our premises.

By using our studio, you grant Reine Partners a limited, non-exclusive right to:

• Use brief clips or still images from your sessions for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio)
• Reference your use of Reine Partners in general promotional materials

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content produced in our studio complies with applicable copyright, defamation, privacy, and other laws. The Studio is not liable for any legal claims arising from your content.

Reine Partners provides professional-grade equipment and facilities maintained in good working order. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted recording or flawless technical performance at all times.

Limitation of liability: The Studio's total liability to any Client for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Client in the current billing month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Client responsibility for damages: Clients are fully responsible for any physical damage to studio equipment, furniture, or property caused by themselves, their guests, or their co-hosts during a session. Damage costs will be assessed at replacement or repair value and invoiced within 7 business days of the session.

• Minor damage (under $200) — invoiced and due within 14 days
• Major damage ($200 and above) — invoiced and due within 30 days; failure to pay may result in membership termination and collections

Personal property: The Studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

All membership payments are non-refundable except in the following limited circumstances:

• Studio-initiated cancellation — if Reine Partners cancels a session and cannot offer a reasonable reschedule within the same billing month, a pro-rated credit will be applied to the following month
• Technical failure — if a session cannot be completed due to equipment failure attributable solely to Reine Partners, a complimentary reschedule will be offered
• Medical emergency — documented medical emergencies may be considered for a one-time session credit at the sole discretion of management

Deposit payments are non-refundable under all circumstances once a booking is confirmed.

By the Client: Clients may terminate their membership upon completion of the initial 3-month term with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions in the final month.

By Reine Partners: We reserve the right to terminate any membership immediately and without refund if a client:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions in a material way
• Engages in abusive, threatening, or illegal conduct on the premises
• Causes intentional or reckless damage to studio property
• Accumulates three or more no-shows in a single term
• Fails to pay any balance due within the stated timeframe

Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due and payable. Access to studio facilities will be revoked as of the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by Reine Partners shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
