This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, book a session, or become a member. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

Short version: We collect only what we need to run your membership and deliver your sessions. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Section 02

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — trusted third-party tools we use to operate our business, including Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and email delivery services. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
  • Legal obligations — if required by law, court order, or government authority, we may disclose information as legally compelled to do so.

Our key third-party service providers and their privacy policies: Stripe — stripe.com/privacy  |  Calendly — calendly.com/privacy

Section 05

Payment Data

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Reine Partners does not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details.

When you complete a payment, your card information is transmitted directly and securely to Stripe's servers. We receive only a tokenized confirmation of the transaction and basic billing details (name, last four digits, billing zip code) for our records.

For questions about how Stripe handles your payment data, please review Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Section 06

Booking Data

Session bookings are managed through Calendly. When you book a session, the information you enter (name, email, phone, session preferences) is collected by Calendly and shared with us to fulfill your booking.

We retain booking records including session dates, times, studio preferences, and attendance notes for the duration of your membership and for up to 2 years following the end of your last membership term. This data is used to manage your account, resolve disputes, and improve scheduling.

Calendly may also collect usage and device data in accordance with their own privacy policy, which is available at calendly.com/privacy.

Section 07

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and understand how our site is used. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website.

Types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function properly (e.g. session management, security). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand visitor behavior, which pages are most visited, and how people navigate our site. Data is aggregated and anonymized.
  • Booking integration cookies — set by Calendly when you access the booking widget to maintain your session and preferences.

You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the booking experience. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

Section 08

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Active membership records — retained for the full duration of your membership
  • Booking and session records — retained for 2 years after the end of your last active term
  • Payment records — retained for 7 years as required for tax and financial compliance
  • Session recordings — raw files are available for download for 30 days after delivery; after that they are permanently deleted from our servers unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Marketing communications — email list membership is maintained until you unsubscribe
  • Inquiry and support emails — retained for 2 years

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Section 09

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email in Section 15.

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Right to correction — request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Right to deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Right to data portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — object to our use of your data for marketing purposes at any time
  • Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances

We will respond to all data rights requests within 30 days. There is no fee for submitting a request. If a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by an additional 30 days with notice.

If you are a Florida resident, you may also have additional rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR). For more information, visit the Florida Attorney General's website.

Section 10

Marketing & Opt-Out

We may send you promotional emails about new studio setups, availability updates, or membership offers. You will only receive marketing emails if you have opted in at the time of booking or explicitly subscribed.

To opt out of marketing communications:

  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
  • Email us directly at reinepartners@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications — you will still receive booking confirmations, payment receipts, session reminders, and file delivery notifications as these are necessary to fulfill your membership.

If you previously opted out of having your likeness or session content used in our marketing materials (per our Terms and Conditions), that opt-out is permanent and recorded in your member file. You do not need to re-submit it.

Section 11

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at reinepartners@gmail.com. We will promptly delete any such information from our records upon verification.

Section 12

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

  • Encryption — all data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted via SSL/TLS
  • Access controls — personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel who need it to perform their role
  • Third-party security — payment and booking data is protected by Stripe and Calendly's own security infrastructure, both of which maintain industry-leading security certifications
  • File storage — session recordings are stored on secured servers and access-restricted until delivered to you

While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, in accordance with applicable law.

Section 13

Third-Party Links

Our website and booking flow may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly and Stripe. Once you leave our website, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external services you use in connection with your booking or membership.

Section 14

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes that significantly affect how we handle your data, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.

Section 15
